You must Agree to all terms and conditions of this document before registering with this Site.

Article 1: Membership Eligibility - This service is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and a seller/buyer. People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership due to security precautions that can result.
If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these services.

Article 2: Services -We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying product via the internet. We do not have control over the products that are posted on the site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product. We are not responsible for the actions the seller or buyer takes due to your visit to this site before, during, and after the listing including but not limited to typographical errors, misprints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment.
Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 3: Listing and Selling - As a user, you may buy and/or sell product using this site..
Article 3a:    As a buyer - you know that making an offer is a binding contract with you and the seller, if accepted, and the offer cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the seller of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the seller's part. Once you place an offer, you will be obligated to buy, rent, or lease the product at the agreed price.
Article 3b:    As a seller - the product that you place up for sale must be real. Pre-sales are not accepted. Once an offer has been placed and accepted for your product , you are being placed in a binding contract with the potential buyer.

Article 4: Listing Product - As a user, you are welcome to list a product for sale on this site . You may not sell product you are not legally authorized to do. Listed products are subject to review by the site staff and my be removed without prior notice, if in violation of the User Agreement.

Article 5:
Charges - Browsing, making offers, and registering are free.   You may be charged a fee to list a product and you may be charged a commission when you sell it. Charges can be paid via PayPal or mailed to the Administrator. We reserve the right to change our charges at any time. for future listings. Charges for products already posted will remain unchanged.

Credits - If you have a credit amount due to an overpayment, you can ask for a refund by sending a note to the Administrator. You may be charged a postage or PayPal fee to cover the refund costs.

Article 6: Privacy - We gather your information so that other people will have it on hand when they make an offer on your product. Personal information is not sold or rented without your permission. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication concerning the product. Article 7: Warranty - This website is provided in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. Site administration is not liable for any damages resulting in a listing, or your visit to the site.
